Production Planning and Control Engineer- Nissan Motor Egypt

E-JUST played a pivotal role in shaping his professional journey and accelerating his early career. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at E-JUST in March 2025, majoring in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering, and joined Nissan Motor Egypt shortly after, in June 2025.

The advanced curriculum at E-JUST—delivered by highly experienced faculty—provided him with a strong technical foundation and a clear competitive advantage. The program’s balance between theory and practice developed his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making skills.

This foundation enabled him to secure his first internship at Nissan Motor Egypt in 2023 as a Production Engineer in the Paint Shop, where he demonstrated strong capabilities in data analytics and visualization. The versatility of the Industrial Engineering program, covering areas such as supply chain management, operations research, project management, quality control, and manufacturing fundamentals, opened diverse career pathways.

He further strengthened his practical experience through internships at Beyti Almarai and Birla Carbon Egypt as a Continuous Improvement Engineer Trainee, gaining exposure to production optimization, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies. Supported by his solid academic background, he joined Nissan Motor Egypt as a full-time Parts Quality Engineer only three months after graduation.

Alongside his academic and professional development, he was actively involved in the E-JUST Student Union, serving as Head of the Art, Media, and Social Committee. This leadership experience enhanced his communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and sense of responsibility, while enriching his overall university experience.

Currently, he is transitioning into the Supply Chain department as a Production Planning and Control Engineer, continuing to build an integrated career across operations, quality, and supply chain. His success reflects a commitment to continuous learning, early industry exposure, and the effective application of academic knowledge to real-world challenges—values deeply rooted in his education at E-JUST.
