Donation Terms & Instruction
Outline the Standard Procedures that must be followed when a Donator presents a donation to the University
1- Official Offer Submission.
Donator must submit this official form to the university detailing the specific items being donated and their corresponding estimated value.
2- Internal Referral.
The form will be submitted to the Secretary-General of the University for internal review and presented to the competent authority.
3- University Approval.
The form will be formally presented to the University Council for review and approval, once the donation is approved by the university council a decree will be issued by the university’s president.
4- Acceptance Notification.
Following approval, Donator will be notified of the donation's approval via an official letter, which will include the council’s number.
Official letters or receipts will be issued to the accepted donations made to E-JUST, enabling donors to benefit from tax deductions in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
5- Items Delivery.
Donator(s) will then deliver the items to the University warehouse, the items will be inspected and formally added to the University's official assets register.
Note :-
- E-JUST will not accept donations from individuals, corporations, organizations, etc… that are deemed to be or involved with anti-social forces and will return donations if it is discovered after acceptance that the donor is a member of an anti-social force.
- Please note that donations accepted cannot be returned except in the above cases.
